Raw Steel is a highly recyclable material that gets reused over and over again. This makes the finish vary from piece to piece. Your raw steel finish is created at our local mill and can be darker or lighter than our pictures depending on what material is being recycled that day.

Holes at the top are 1/2" wide and allow you to easily hang the sign by a chain or rope.

FINISHES

I currently offer a RAW STEEL finish as standard on all signs [Do to the nature of raw steel, the finish will vary for each piece]. I strongly encourage you to take this raw finish as a challenge. Let everyone see your creativity as you MAKE the sign your own by painting, waxing or sealing the sign yourself. Left untreated, the sign will rust and develop a natural patina completely unique to the environment surrounding the steel. The raw steel finish varies depending on conditions a the steel mill and may be a few shades darker than the picture.

A UV protected SILVER, GLOSS CLEAR or FLAT BLACK powder coat is now available to protect the steel in the toughest conditions including outside in wet and salty environments. Powder coat is a thick industrial coating that is thicker than paint and holds up for many years. Select this option at checkout.

SHIPPING

Our items are made out of 1/8" thick metal which is much heavier than other signs you may have seen. This makes them a little more expensive to ship but you will feel the quality as soon as you hold it in your hands. If you read our reviews, you will notice that most of them revolve around the quality of our work and the craftsmanship. This starts with the thicker material that we choose to work with on every project. We use calibrated scales and shop 4 carriers for the cheapest rates available to keep this cost as low as possible.
