Thank you for visiting and shopping at Maker Table LLC. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
- Free Shipping: On All Orders. (This does not include custom items)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Maker Table LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Maker Table LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact stefanie@makertable.com and we are willing to work with you to see if we can replace the item. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for pictures to get a claim filed.Â
International Shipping
We currently ship Worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
