Spider Fixture Block

Take on the big shops with this spider fixture kit.  We cut all the parts on a precision laser that maintains a VERY tight tolerance (+/- 0.004").  As long as you draw the plates tight to the interior frame you can achieve a tolerance of (+/- 0.03") over 10 feet.

Kit ships ready to weld with easy tab and slot design so each part becomes a jig for the next one, no layout, measuring or grinding required.  Simply draw the parts tight to each other, check your corners for square and weld out.  Smaller tables can be assembled in 2-3 hours while the larger assemblies can take up to 8 hours to fully weld out. Most fixtures and jigs can be assembled in about 1 hour.
