It's time to take your shop to the next level with these custom fixtures.  Each one is designed to work with our Ultimate Maker Table and all other tooling/fixtures, so you can make almost anything efficiently in your shop. We have done the work in CAD so you can use this file to make as many fixtures as you need for the rest of your career.  Simply download the file and send it to your plasma or local laser.

Files are designed for a laser with very little tolerance, if cut on a plasma table, holes will be undersized approximately 0.06".  Watch this video for expected results using different plasma settings.

Can you cut my logo/design out of metal?

Plasma has a hard time with small and detailed designs. The only way to tell if your logo or design is possible is to send me an artwork file and the dimensions. I need both pieces of info to tell you what is possible.

Finishes

I currently offer a RAW STEEL finish as standard on all signs. Left untreated the sign will rust and develop a natural patina completely unique to your environment. Due to the nature of raw steel, each piece will vary in look, giving you a unique piece.

The INDOOR FLAT CLEAR coat is the best option if you like the look of the raw steel. It is an oil based clear coat that will hold up well inside and is easy to clean. This finish leaves the steel a few shades darker, sometimes even black.

A UV protected SILVER, GLOSS CLEAR or FLAT BLACK powder coat will protect the steel in the toughest conditions including outside in wet and salty environments. Powder coat is a thick industrial coating that is VOC free and holds up for many years.

Custom and Personalized Orders

If you like a design but want something tweaked, changed, massaged or added, let me know and I can work up a truly unique piece for you. My custom work is priced by the size and finish selected. Contact me and I will set up a Custom Listing just for you!

See the Policies page for more info.

Greatful for the files

I've been wanting a set of these for a while, Took the files to the local CNC plasma and knocked out a couple of sets. Will be finishing up a spare set for a friend.

Nice design, but file doesn't work for me

My CAD program wont open the file (Torchmate CAD). I had to open it in Inkscape and then re-export for my CAD to open it up. Even after all of that there are tons of broken paths that I have manually fixed. Reached out to see if an older format of DXF could be exported. Still waiting to hear back from him.

Maker square

It laser cut beautifully. Now I have to make sure I don’t mess it up welding it together.
