Can you cut my logo/design out of metal?
The only way to tell if your logo or design is possible is to send me an artwork file and the dimensions. I need both pieces of info to tell you what is possible.
I currently offer a RAW STEEL finish as standard on all signs. Left untreated the sign will rust and develop a natural patina completely unique to your environment. Due to the nature of raw steel, each piece will vary in look, giving you a unique piece.
The INDOOR FLAT CLEAR coat is the best option if you like the look of the raw steel. It is an oil based clear coat that will hold up well inside and is easy to clean. This finish leaves the steel a few shades darker, sometimes even black.
A UV protected SILVER, GLOSS CLEAR or FLAT BLACK powder coat will protect the steel in the toughest conditions including outside in wet and salty environments. Powder coat is a thick industrial coating that is VOC free and holds up for many years.

The railing is attractive and very well made. It arrived in a timely manner and was installed. No wrench was included as stated on the website. Also the shoe/end caps do not cover the railing mounting base plates(as still stated on the website)and are made of PLASTIC. They should be cast iron like thr railing. After paying almost $500 I never thounght the end caps would be so cheap. After communicating with Adam Heffner he informed me that the shoes were originally cast iron and from eastern Europe. No longer available from his 3 suppliers. He states that when they become available he will switch back, but that doesn't help those of us with PLASTIC. He even admits that he doesn't know how that will help me with my current disappointment. No offerr to send me what I paid for when available. In the meantime he says just purchase silicone caulk and apply to keep the shoe square. Fortunately my railing is installed on steps in a three season room so I shouldn't have to worry about the affect of temperature on PLASTIC. The website has not been updated to correct any of this misinformation. I would rate the railing itself as "Excellent ", but because of the misleading information on the website my overall rating is "OK". After sending an email on Sept 2 with a screenshot of the website description of this item and requesting cast irom end caps, I have heard nothing more from Adam. Poor customer service.
